OHHS IMBA Donation
Blanketing DC received a generous donation of blankets from Oxon Hill High School's (OHHS) Instrumental Music Booster Association (IMBA). What was so wonderful about this donation is that it included a lot of bedspreads / quilts and handmade blankets that have been requested by several local DC-area charities. Oxon Hill High School is a local high school located near our nation's capital in Prince George's county. The IMBA is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization that relies on your support and strives to "create an environment through music and the arts that will foster, challenge, motivate, develop and demand the students to become responsible and mature young adults in all facets of their life." OHHS's instrumental music program's mission reminds me of my mom's ideal that she instilled in me as she was actively involved in Maryland's music association during her life! The IMBA is an awesome group of individuals to know! Visit their website to learn more about supporting their efforts.
